Your Role (and Impact)As an SEO Analyst, you’ll work across technical, content, and strategic SEO activities—playing a key role in how clients show up in organic search. You’ll track performance, find opportunities, solve problems, and deliver insights that move the needle.
What Game-Changers Do Here:Execute SEO Tactics
- Support on-page, off-page, and technical SEO execution across client accounts
- Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, and site audits
Analyze Performance
- Monitor search visibility and site health using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
- Contribute to reports that uncover patterns, insights, and next steps
Collaborate Across Functions
- Work with developers, content creators, and strategists to align SEO with broader marketing goals
- Help ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content and UX
Diagnose & Fix Issues
- Identify crawl errors, indexing blockers, and page speed issues—and help resolve them
- Participate in structured technical audits and post-implementation QA
Learn & Level Up
- Stay current with search algorithm updates, SEO tools, and industry best practices
- Bring new ideas forward and contribute to testing and innovation

- Two examples of how you’ve used AI to improve your work

- Two examples of how you’ve innovated in your current or recent role
- 1–2 years into your SEO or digital marketing career (internships or academic experience welcome!)
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Familiar with basic HTML/CSS and site architecture concepts
- Analytical and curious—you love solving problems with data
- A strong communicator and collaborator across teams
- Detail-oriented with a passion for precision and clarity
- Experienced with CMS platforms like WordPress (bonus!)
- Excited to learn how SEO fits into the bigger digital picture
