Position: Senior WMS Systems Analyst

Department: Information Technology

Work Location: Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.

What you will be doing:

Helen of Troy is embarking on a ground-breaking Supply Chain journey that requires niche skills to support our Manhattan Associates Active WMS (Warehouse Management System) as a Senior WMS Systems Analyst.

  • Responsible for support of the Logistics Execution function (specifically in the areas of Warehousing, WCS & Transportation).

  • Develop a warehouse management systems implementation and support plan for distribution environments to scale Manhattan Active Warehouse Management throughout the network including conversion of existing systems and new implementations.

  • Deploy Manhattan Active Warehouse Management to include business requirements identification, configuration, testing, user acceptance, operational readiness, go-live execution, hyper care-support, and post implementation support for inventory management, warehouse management, labor management, order management, regulatory compliance and customer-facing requirements.

  • Support the operational integration mechanisms between WMS and supply chain systems such as TMS, OM, automation/mechanization WCS, and other adjacent systems (Oracle ERP/Host, slotting, payroll, etc.).

  • Support DC Operations with the process improvement, business requirements and developing and testing systems and process solutions to drive operational excellence.

  •  The initial focus will be on Manhattan Associates Active WMS, Dematic/Mathews WCS and Oracle TMS (Transportation Management System).

  • Collaborate with business process owners, understand difficulties, business objectives, and solution requirements, and translate business requirements into technical integration and infrastructure requirements.

  • E2E Solution design in logistics / Order to Deliver space including distribution, warehouse control systems, transportation, and trade compliance functions.

  • Lead functional and technical discussions with the all-stake holders including the integration of WMS into other systems like ERP, TMS, Order Management, Parcel services and other 3rd party vendor tools.

  • Lead projects by completing relevant analyses, simulating processes, automation, and/or warehouse management configurations, warehouse controls, or execution changes to increase continuous product flow, improve efficiencies, and lower costs using appropriate IT Solutions.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to lead teams in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment

  • Team player understanding of company’s culture, policies, and core values.

  • Cross-culture awareness with experience of working with diverse IT and business teams.

  • Good understanding of system architectures and integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in a software-related field supporting warehouses in distribution and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

  • 8+ years of expertise in WMS project implementation, including technical consulting, problem definition, architecture, design, configuration, and enterprise software integration.

  • Proven track record in delivering supply chain distribution technology solutions using Manhattan Active WMS and TMS/ERP platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, Oracle Fusion)

  • Strong WMS SME with expertise in Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Order Management, Inventory Processing, RF Transactions, and Manhattan system integrations.

  • Successful leadership in at least 3-4 large-scale IT system implementations as a WMS Manhattan Solutions Lead in Distribution and Logistics.

  • Extensive experience in WMS integration with automation technologies, including Dematic MHE, Autostore, Pick Mod, CMC, and various TMS/ERP platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Dematic, Pyramid).

  • Expertise in TMS tactical planning and optimization, covering freight procurement, load design, asset/fleet-based routing, appointment scheduling, multimodal/intermodal shipping, and multicarrier parcel management.

  • Experience across multiple phases of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of demand, supply planning and procurement solutions like Demantra, O9, ASCP

  • Knowledge of EDI / API.
