Why this role?
We’re building the future of Snyk’s digital ecosystem and we’re looking for a Senior Web Developer who can turn vision into velocity.
You’ll help architect, optimise, and extend our global web environment that powers how millions of users engage with Snyk.
This is a senior role for someone who’s both hands-on and strategic: confident in Next.js, excited about headless CMS integrations, and comfortable mentoring others. You’ll collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver modern, performant, and accessible digital experiences that reflect our AI-native brand and vision.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the technical development of Snyk’s global marketing website and campaign microsites/subdomains using Next.js, headless CMSs, and an in-house design system
Own technical architecture decisions, from performance optimisation to accessibility compliance
Proactively define priorities, estimate effort, and manage project delivery
Work on multiple website environments
Mentor developers through reviews, guidance, and 4 hands collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Brand, Content, and Digital Ops to implement UX and design enhancements
Support integrations of 3rd-party marketing tools, scripts, and analytics
Contribute to experiments and personalisation strategies across digital touchpoints
Ensure all code aligns with Snyk’s standards for security, scalability, and accessibility
What You Bring:
4-7+ years of web development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer-focused environments
Deep knowledge of Next.js, React, GraphQL, SCSS, and headless CMSs (Contentful, Sanity, or Contentstack)
Experience with Vercel and modern deployment workflows
Ability to independently plan, build, and deliver projects end-to-end
Passion for performance, code quality, and documentation
Strong communicator who enjoys partnering with non-technical stakeholders
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Bring experience with TypeScript, Tailwind, or modern testing frameworks
Have worked with AI-driven personalisation or modern analytics tools
Act as a technical mentor and love to see other developers grow
Contribute to open-source projects or web developer communities
Thrive in an agile environment where priorities shift fast and creativity is valued
