- Strategic VIP Growth Planning: Develop and implement VIP growth strategies aligned with team objectives. Analyze local market ecosystems, competition, and VIP behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- VIP Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to acquire new VIPs and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns and initiatives. Optimize VIP onboarding processes to enhance experience and drive loyalty.
- Service Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize growth strategies. Implement A/B testing and iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, SEO, LCD, and CS to align growth initiatives with business objectives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies.
- Minimally 6 years of experience in a growth-focused role within NEA.
- Proven track record of devising successful VIPs growth strategies and achieving targets.
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
