The Senior Vice President of Data & Infrastructure will lead a large team to develop complex data infrastructure while driving business impact, improving processes, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
As SVP of Data & Infrastructure, you will report into our CTO, Lalith Vadlamannati. Your role will require you to demonstrate strong technical leadership skills and drive high business impact across multiple projects with increasing complexity and ambiguity. Leading by example, you will develop a world-class remote engineering team based in the United States. You will be responsible for overseeing an organization of 80-100 engineers, who will be working on various aspects of data infrastructure such as ingestion, organization, prediction, measurement, and data exchanges.

Requirements
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of building and leading highly complex, technical engineering teams
- 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer building highly scalable and reliable software.
- Developing and delivering a multi-year vision and strategy with incremental quarterly deliverables with cross-functional efforts that span multiple teams
- Demonstrated proficiency in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers and managers.
- Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of technology decisions while delegating and empowering team members.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
- Align with product and organization objectives, and coordinate with cross-regional teams on delivering key results.
- Experience managing an ML, Gen AI, SaaS, or data-focused platform.
- Proficiency in communicating analysis and establishing confidence among audiences who do not share your disciplinary background or training.
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records, Clinical data, etc.
- AI Research: Experience in designing machine learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and benchmarking with examples of well-conceived and well-executed long-term machine learning bets.
