Findem is the AI platform for talent outcomes. Its Labeling Engine transforms billions of unstructured people data points into verified Success Signals — context about what drives success — and Relationship Signals — insight into how people are connected and where influence flows. Together, these give customers a competitive edge in hiring, executive search, mobility, learning, development and workforce planning. That’s why leaders rely on Findem to improve pipeline quality, reduce costs, and deliver faster, more consistent talent impact. Named one of America’s Most Innovative Companies, Findem is redefining how organizations turn people data into business advantage.
Findem is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract to help shape the experience of our AI-powered recruiting products. You’ll focus on the craft that makes software feel intuitive and complete: refining workflows, sharpening interactions, and bringing a cohesive, polished feel to products that customers use every day and that we put in front of prospects in demos.
As we scale our agent platform, you’ll design and ship new agentic patterns, defining how users direct, review, and collaborate with AI agents inside their daily workflows. You’ll also help define how our team uses AI tools in its own work, building an AI-native process that brings design and engineering closer together and shortens the path from idea to shipped experience.
As part of the Executive Search team, you’ll work daily with Product and Engineering and get in front of customers early. You’ll prototype with them, help win deals, and see your work through to production, so you can point to the deals and shipped features your designs made possible.
What You'll Do:
- Leading-edge design for agentic and UX experiences across RRA, RaaS, and Exec Search.
- Agent artifact design and experience — how multi-agent interactions and agent outputs are shaped, presented, and interacted with.
- Early customer prototype UX and implementation (Exec Search exploratory work).
- UX design and user workflows for RRA SaaS.
- Committing UX code polish PRs (front-end polish only — no back-end code or API contracts).
Your Working Experience:
- 5+ years designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio of live, shipped experiences (not just concepts or handoff mocks).
- Track record of moving quickly from idea to prototype in ambiguous, early-stage contexts.
- Preferred: 0-to-1 or exploratory product work, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
- Preferred: comfort collaborating directly in an engineering codebase and workflow (Git, PRs, design QA).
- Portfolio and demonstrated ability weighted above formal credentials.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals: user journey mapping, information architecture, and turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive flows.
- Proven design-systems experience — building and applying reusable components consistently across multiple surfaces.
- Hands-on front-end proficiency: comfortable committing polish-level PRs in a modern stack (React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, component libraries), including responsive behavior, empty/loading/error states, motion, and accessibility.
- Ability to take work from idea to design to working prototype, reusing existing services and APIs rather than building them.
- Preferred: experience designing for AI-native or agentic products — agent artifacts, streaming outputs, chat/canvas interfaces, human-in-the-loop review, and non-deterministic states.
