We are a multidisciplinary team of UX and Visual designers and content strategists, focused on simplifying complexity and elevating user experiences through clean, purposeful design. Our mission is to empower users to innovate with speed and confidence.
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a culture of innovation. This is a high-growth opportunity within the HCLSoftware Data & Analytics portfolio, where the Experience Design team plays a key role in redefining cloud data management experiences.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation in the Enterprise SaaS space. You’ll explore emerging technologies and design trends, simplify complex workflows, and craft next-generation data visualizations that make a meaningful impact.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our long-term design vision while delivering on short-term goals. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative—ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with a design manager, designers, product managers, and engineers to create solutions that meet both user and business needs.
- Simplify complex workflows to create intuitive user experiences and elegant interface solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, across cross-functional teams.
- Tackle complex design challenges to ensure seamless, cohesive experiences across platforms.
- Present your design decisions with mockups, prototypes, and research-backed rationale; gather feedback and iterate accordingly.
- Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the design craft and product impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design from an accredited institution.
- 5–10 years of experience in UX or Interaction design roles, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on elegant solutions.
- Mastery of Figma, including optimizing components and creating clear documentation for development handoff.
- Strong capabilities in ideation, mockups, and rapid prototyping.
- Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about pushing design boundaries.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and skilled in quick iteration based on feedback.
- Experienced in documenting the design process, including capturing key decisions and design insights.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Humble, collaborative, and open to feedback, with a deep respect for diverse working styles and perspectives.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred in Communication Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or Data Visualization Design.
- Strong experience in Data Visualization or Data Observability Design.
- Prior experience designing for large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Miro, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
- ONLINE PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.
