Essential Responsibilities:

  • Handle various primary casualty accounts including rating, policy issuance, endorsements and communications with brokers
  • Assist underwriting with expanding the book of business to include Large deductible, loss sensitive type programs and Guaranteed Cost.
  • Assist with the expansion of the company to grow the book of business in the casualty areas.
  • Assisting with the underwriting process for the Midwest

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Work Comp, Commercial Auto & General Liability. Experience working with large deductibles would be helpful.
  • Primary Underwriting Background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
