About us

At Dyson, we solve the problems others choose to ignore. Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting our global business, partnering across markets and functions to provide the insight, control, and agility needed to power growth.

Our Singapore campus is designed to bring people together. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and have created an inspiring, social, and dynamic environment where teams can innovate, learn, and solve problems together.

We are looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our global Treasury team in Singapore.

This team plays a central role in supporting Dyson’s global cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, treasury operations and compliance, treasury accounting, and strategic treasury projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support a robust global treasury operating framework spanning cash and bank account management, internal funding, foreign exchange risk management, treasury accounting, controls and compliance, and bank relationship management, in line with Dyson Treasury policy.

You will work closely with colleagues across Treasury, Finance, and Accounting to deliver high-quality day-to-day treasury operations and contribute to ongoing process improvement.

  • Global bank account and bank relationship management
  • Support the management of bank accounts globally, including account openings and closures, mandates, and KYC requirements, ensuring documentation is prepared accurately and submitted to banking partners on time.
  • Administer bank accounts, user access, and bank connectivity across treasury systems and banking platforms, acting as system administrator or coordinator where required.
  • Global cash management
  • Support intercompany funding activities and related documentation through effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Help ensure treasury processes remain aligned with current financial regulations and support preparations for future regulatory changes affecting Group Treasury.
  • Reporting and compliance
  • Support the delivery of enhanced and increasingly automated treasury reporting, including management reports, treasury committee reporting, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Support the preparation of internal treasury compliance reporting and help identify mitigating actions where required.
  • Support external reporting to banking partners on covenant compliance and coordinate the provision of financial accounts and dealing mandates.
  • Perform reconciliations, exception analysis, and control checks to ensure the completeness and integrity of treasury data across systems.
  • Support the maintenance of a strong governance and control environment, ensuring treasury activities are conducted in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
  • Ensure that treasury projects, where assigned, are implemented in compliance with Dyson Treasury guidelines.
  • Contribute to treasury process reviews and cross-functional initiatives aimed at promoting best practice and optimising treasury operations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of Dyson’s treasury management system usage by challenging existing processes and recommending practical enhancements.

You will also provide support on regular and ad hoc matters as required.

Experience/technical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in treasury operations within a multinational company or banking environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and insights in data.
  • Experience working with a treasury management system (SAP preferred), banking platforms, and SWIFT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal attributes

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to take ownership and help resolve issues effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholders.

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
