Role overview
The Senior Treasury Analyst will participate in all aspects of the company's corporate treasury and insurance management. This position will oversee the day-to-day cash operations of the company as well as lead the cash forecasting and funding needs. Role overview
The Senior Treasury Analyst will participate in all aspects of the company's corporate treasury and insurance management. This position will oversee the day-to-day cash operations of the company as well as lead the cash forecasting and funding needs. This position will work closely with various departments across the business as well as external vendors and partners and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and cross-departmental cohesion.
What you'll do
Cash & Liquidity Management:
- Report daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity and funding across global operations
- Support the development and maintenance of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Execute intercompany funding transactions
Banking & Treasury Operations:
- Partner with banks regarding required documents to open, maintain, and close bank accounts and obtain appropriate approvals
- Serve as System Administrator for treasury and bank platforms
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day bank related inquiries
- Review bank fees and mitigate expenses
- Oversee Letters of Credit and extensions as needed
- Administer and improve controls around payments, bank account management, and treasury policies
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including FX and interest rate risk
- As needed, support the execution and accounting of hedging strategies
- Manage corporate insurance requests and assist with yearly renewals as required
- Manage compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, KYC).
Debt & Capital Markets Support
- Prepare covenant and other reporting obligations
- Support capital structure optimization and financing strategies as needed
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular reporting on cash, debt, investments, and FX positions
- Prepare trends in liquidity, interest income/expense, and treasury metrics
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Legal on cross-functional initiatives
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time efficiency and work independently and as part of a group
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with internal and external parties
- Thrives in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills
