Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-moving, professional, and dynamic setting to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills. Leadership by example and the ability to inspire others are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear and effective communication internally and with Tradewin customers
  • Research regulations related to Customs and Partner Government Agencies
  • Prepare comprehensive analyses and advisory reports
  • Assess importer compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the department
  • Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • U.S. Customs Broker license preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of trade compliance experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex information to all organizational levels, including executives and clients.
  • Strong research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
