The TPRM AI Automation Engineer position addresses the challenge of modernizing and scaling manual Third Party Risk Management processes within the Information Security department. This role focuses on solving data fragmentation and delayed threat visibility by designing, building, and operationalizing secure Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and real-time automation pipelines. By transforming unstructured vendor risk data into actionable risk forecasts and interactive dashboards, the position centralizes compliance telemetry and enables proactive security decision-making. Over time, these automated solutions will scale beyond TPRM to address broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain challenges across the organization.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Build secure, LLM-driven platforms and pipelines tailored specifically for Third Party Risk Management and broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance use cases
• Develop predictive security models and risk forecasting analytics to evaluate compliance telemetry, audit logs, and threat signals
• Architect live interactive dashboards that consolidate decentralized security data and automate executive compliance reporting
• Implement secure AI pipelines using advanced RAG, chunking, and vector storage for complex, unstructured data parsing
• Deploy agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to automate vendor risk reviews while mitigating LLM hallucinations

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

• AI Application expertise in building, integrating, and securing LLM platforms, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Strong data interpretation and visualization skills to build live dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or custom frameworks
• Ability to apply predictive modeling and quantitative risk management methodologies like the FAIR framework
• Solid understanding of standard compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Python for developing AI/ML pipelines, API integrations, and continuous evidence-collection models
• Critical experiences navigating highly regulated compliance environments and securing cloud-native data pipelines

Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GRC tooling like Archer or ServiceNow and project management platforms like Jira or Smartsheets APIs

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related discipline, or commensurate industry experience
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Security Automation, GRC Systems Engineering, or Data Engineering
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
• Hands-on GENAI development, modeling, LLM integration, and security
• LLM evaluation tools and frameworks such as Ragas, TruLens, or LangSmith
• Python programming for AI/ML pipelines, automation, and API integrations

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
