We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to join our team!
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to provide high-level technical and programmatic support in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy acquisition processes. This role requires deep expertise in engineering, program management, and technical oversight, with a focus on supporting large-scale defense programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in electric power systems, control systems, and multi-functional facilities for testing and evaluation of submarine and/or surface ship designs.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

o DoD/Navy program management.
o Industry or Government technical management.
o Industry or Government business management.
Desired Qualifications

o Master’s degree (M.S.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering.
o Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Technical Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following technical areas:
o Electric power generation, distribution, and conversion.
o Control system development.
o Computer software and hardware design and implementation.
o Circuit analysis and magnetics.
o Fiber optics.
Program/Project Experience:
o Conceptual and detailed design for submarine or surface ship systems.
o Development of multi-functional facilities and support systems for testing and evaluation of ship structural configurations, machinery, and/or component designs (model and full scale).
Key Responsibilities
· Provide senior-level technical and program management support to Navy and DoD programs.
· Lead and oversee engineering support activities involving power systems, control systems, and advanced technologies.
· Manage acquisition processes and ensure compliance with DoD and Navy standards.
· Support planning, design, and execution of test and evaluation efforts for naval systems.
· Serve as a senior advisor to government and industry stakeholders on technical, programmatic, and business matters.
· Mentor and guide junior technical staff and program managers.
