Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to strategically identify, map, and engage the world's best Product Management talent. This role is a foundation for our Product organization's growth, demanding an individual who thinks beyond simple keyword matching. You will be tasked with identifying candidates who exhibit "0 to 1" thinking, employ a rigorous first-principles approach to product development, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to precision and quality.
You must operate with deep business acumen coupled with the ability to disambiguate the dynamic hiring needs of our current and future state organization. You’ll do this by understanding the talent market, our strategy, and the nuances of various product roles to effectively articulate our value proposition and build highly calibrated pipelines. You are the research arm and intelligence engine for our most critical hiring efforts.
What You'll Do
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous, data-driven research to strategically map the competitive landscape and target companies. Identify emerging product talent pools and report on market trends, compensation, and organizational structures.
Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and nurture long-term, high-quality talent pipelines for critical and complex Product Manager roles (e.g., Platform PMs, AI/ML PMs, New Ventures PMs).
High-Touch Outreach: Craft and execute highly personalized, precise, and compelling outreach campaigns that clearly communicate the value and complexity of our roles to passive candidates.
Precision Screening: Conduct initial, high-bar screenings with an intense focus on assessing a candidate’s quality of thought, product philosophy, and alignment with our standard for precision and rigor.
0-to-1 Identification: Develop specialized sourcing strategies and search criteria to pinpoint Product Managers known for building entirely new products or features from scratch (the "0 to 1" journey), not just incremental iteration.
First Principles Identification: Create methodologies to identify and qualify candidates who approach problem-solving using first principles reasoning—breaking down complex issues into fundamental truths rather than relying on analogy or convention.
Business Acumen Communication: Leverage your deep business acumen to engage in substantive conversations with candidates about our product vision, strategy, and market impact, positioning the opportunity as unique and challenging.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work hand-in-glove with the Senior Technical Recruiters and Product Leaders, providing real-time data on pipeline health, sourcing efficacy, and market reception.
What You'll Bring
4+ years of dedicated technical sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on Product Management and/or other high-level technical leadership roles.
A proven track record of success in mapping and engaging highly passive, competitive talent pools using creative and non-traditional sourcing techniques.
Exceptional business acumen and intellectual curiosity; you must be able to understand and articulate complex technology and business strategy.
Demonstrable ability to assess soft signals in candidate profiles that indicate 0-to-1 thinking and a first-principles approach.
Outstanding written communication skills, characterized by precision and clarity, essential for high-quality candidate outreach.
A mastery of sourcing tools, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter, coupled with strong analytical skills to translate sourcing metrics into actionable insights.
