What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver as the first additional hire to join our Technical Services operations organization. The Senior Technical Services Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing and measuring multiple programs and projects within our organization. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What will you do?

  • Process Optimization: Execute needed process changes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals, both within Technical Services and through working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Ensure consistent KPI tracking across the organization and identify trends and actionable areas for improvement.
  • Tooling Enhancement: Maintain and optimize organizational tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency, working cross-functionally as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventative measures.
  • Documentation and Training Support: Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation and training materials for Support and Services teams.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership to improve operations.
  • Special Projects: Support special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving, as assigned.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience executing customer-facing operations, preferably in Support and Professional Services at a SaaS company, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple, evolving high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to achieve timely execution.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Previous security industry experience or endpoint security-specific experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$92,000$115,000 USD
