Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Endor Labs’ R&D organization, with emphasis on engineering, infrastructure, security research, and product roles. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring leaders, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, negotiate offers, and improve interview and diversity-sourcing processes. This is a six-month contract-to-hire role requiring strong technical sourcing expertise and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.

Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.

About the Role

Endor Labs is looking for a high-impact Technical Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our R&D organization — with a particular focus on building out our Engineering (backend, infrastructure/platform, security research) and Product departments. This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership role: you'll personally build the pipelines, run searches end to end, and compete for in-demand talent in one of the hottest markets in software. We're looking for someone who loves the hunt, thrives in startup ambiguity, and knows how to win passive candidates who have other options. Agency experience serving cybersecurity or high-growth tech plus in-house startup experience is the ideal combination.

*This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role.

Sound interesting? Let’s talk if you want to be part of the next big leap in security innovation!

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting (Heavy Sourcing Emphasis)
    • Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offer.
    • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, Meetups/Events, etc.)
    • Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software development.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner directly with leadership to scale the R&D org
    • Run effective, structured kickoff meetings and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
    • Understand the business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from first outreach to offer close.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting
    • Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield; share insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Win in a hyper-competitive talent market
    • Mapping competitors and niche pools, and crafting outreach that pulls in passive candidates who aren't looking and already have offers on the table.
  • Process Improvement & Special Projects
    • Participate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally.
  • Own the entire R&D req load end to end — intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, close, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnel.
  • Strong sourcing muscle: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that converts.
  • Proven track record hiring backend engineers, platform engineers, security researchers, technical product managers in B2B SaaS and Security Startups.
  • Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domains.
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent.
  • A clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
