As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving the future of seamless experiences by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier technical talent. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Engineering, ensuring that we not only meet our immediate hiring needs but also anticipate future staffing requirements. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple roles, and takes pride in delivering a white-glove candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage exceptional candidates for hard to fill technical roles.
- Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
- Provide a white-glove experience to all candidates, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the hiring process.
- Track and communicate key recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress updates to internal stakeholders.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities, anticipating the needs of our rapidly growing teams.
- Ensure efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offer letters that reflect both candidate expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers and leaders across different functions.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Comfortable working on multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders and executives.
- Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse and proficiency in Google Suite tools (GMail, GCal, GDocs, GSheets, Gemini).
- A polished and professional work presence, especially when interacting with Metropolis executives.
