About the opportunity
WEX is actively seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead a new, exceptionally complex, and highly visible cross-functional strategic initiative. This critical role is positioned at the nexus of technology and business strategy, requiring a leader who can not only manage project timelines but also deeply understand the technical dependencies and strategic objectives.
The core responsibility of this role is to drive collaborative execution across multiple, distinct product, engineering, and business teams. This involves establishing unified processes, managing inter-team dependencies, mitigating program-level risks, and ensuring all contributing teams are aligned with the overarching program vision and delivery milestones. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in orchestrating large-scale technical programs, translating abstract business goals into concrete, actionable engineering plans, and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders up to the executive level.

Avoid duplication of administrative effort. As a part of Jira stewardship, support accurate and transparent reporting and on-target capitalization within the organization through reporting and partnership
Delivery and Outcome Tracking: Track program performance against the committed plan and goals. Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify and address areas of process improvements within the Technical Program Management office to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of critical corporate initiatives.
