Wasabi is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams to drive project and program milestones with consistency and predictability, leveraging Agile best practices. Our award-winning Wasabi culture stresses the humility, ownership and togetherness required to work in a customer-oriented fast-paced start-up environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in releasing software and hardware into production networks to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop project plans and/or processes, track progress, identify risks, and report on status and impact.

This role requires candidates to be U.S.-based and able to align their working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management.
- Lead and manage technical programs, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, supply chain, and business priorities.
- Oversee supply chain and hardware installation projects, from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
- Work with development, operations and support teams to provide appropriate visibility to customer and production issues; root cause analysis and follow-up.
- Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in program execution.
- 5+ years of program management experience, with a focus on software/hardware deployment initiatives.
- Strong experience coordinating across varied internal teams resulting in delivery of new products or services
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clear status updates
- Project Management qualifications preferred (e.g., PMP, advanced Project Management certifications, LEAN)
