Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive coordination, organization, and resolution of the service continuity backlog
- Lead scoping and alignment efforts with product, architecture, and stakeholders
- Maintain project timelines, track dependencies, and manage delivery schedules
- Analyze and mitigate risks while managing value, usability, feasibility, and business risks
- Communicate progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Continuously improve intake/execution processes and apply prioritization frameworks for backlog features
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
- 3 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies
- Excellent organizational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
- Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
- Jira, or equivalent, experience managing projects
- Telecommunications experience a plus
- Displays strong initiative for anticipating and meeting stakeholder demands, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, a high level of intellectual curiosity and a focus on taking ownership and initiative
