We Breathe Life Into Data
At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.
As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.
The Opportunity at Komodo Health
The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo's Technology and Product organization. We drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, manage a high volume of beta programs across the product portfolio, and own the analytics foundation that scales as Komodo's product footprint grows.
This Senior Product TPM sits at the center of product and engineering execution, owning programs that span multiple teams and directly shape how and when customers experience new capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and external partners to drive delivery at scale. Your impact will be felt across every product milestone Komodo ships.
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…
- Delivered 2+ major product programs on time, with clear milestones, exec-level visibility, and measurable outcomes.
- Built and run a scaled beta program with external partners, from recruitment through exit criteria and feedback synthesis.
- Established program frameworks and operating rhythms that improved execution across Product Engineering.
- Earned trust as a strategic thought partner to Engineering Leads, PMs, and senior leadership.
- Reduced execution entropy across your programs by proactively resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers.
These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for ...
- Own program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics spanning multiple engineering teams and product surfaces.
- Lead beta programs end-to-end: partner onboarding, feedback loops, staged rollout coordination, and go/no-go decisions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and external partners at the senior leadership level.
- Represent program health and tradeoffs clearly to VP and senior leadership.
- Shape how the team operates by introducing scalable processes and program norms that extend beyond your own workstreams.
- Partner with Engineering Leads and tech leads on scope, sequencing, and release readiness.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Deep experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in a product engineering org.
- Strong technical fluency: able to engage substantively with engineers on architecture, tradeoffs, and system design.
- Demonstrated track record running external beta or partner programs with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
- Experience embedded in a Technical or Engineering org, with working knowledge of software development cycles, system dependencies, and technical debt tradeoffs.
- Ability to read and reason about technical specs, architecture docs, and API documentation without requiring translation from engineering.
Expectations of AI Use in this role (required):
- Expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate program planning, synthesize feedback from beta programs, generate status communications, and identify patterns across large datasets. Comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a baseline expectation for this role.
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)...
- Experience managing programs that involve data pipelines, platform services, or infrastructure dependencies alongside user-facing product work.
- Prior exposure to AI or ML product development cycles, including the challenges of shipping probabilistic systems: model evaluation, data quality gates, and iterative release patterns.
- Experience working directly with SaaS, AI platform or data platform teams, understanding how model updates, feature pipelines affect product delivery timelines.
- Prior experience at a high-growth or large-scale tech company where execution complexity required building new program infrastructure, not just following existing playbooks.
