NVIDIA's GPU Software team seeks a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver on NVIDIA's inspiring product roadmap! The software produced by this team include foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support the entire family of NVIDIA chipsets. What you'll be doing:

You will collaborate with the team and peers across the company to build, represent and carry out detailed plans representing the team's work. In particular, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on aligning NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities

  • Keep the team on track by co-ordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps

  • Be empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups

  • Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers, giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA

  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems

  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency

What we need to see:

  • 8+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Past experience as a software developer

  • Knowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management

  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing

  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
