- Lead data initiatives across Trading, defining priorities, roadmaps, success measures, and opportunities for greater business impact.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Establish clear requirements, success criteria, and scalable processes that help Engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Advance AI-powered workflows by identifying automation opportunities and developing reusable agents and tools that improve productivity and decision-making.
- Stay connected to production systems, supporting incident response and turning operational learnings into improvements.
- Strengthen Technical Program Management practices by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and developing reusable frameworks and best practices.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and at least 4 years of experience in technical program management, technical product management, engineering leadership, or a similar role.
- Experience working in Sportsbook, iGaming, Trading, or another closely related data-intensive environment.
- Experience using AI to improve workflows through agents, automation, or other reusable solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyze data, validate assumptions, and turn insights into decisions.
- Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma and an understanding of data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data architecture.
- Strong technical communication skills with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- A highly organized, self-directed approach to navigating ambiguity and building alignment across technical and business teams.
