  • Build product tours using Arcade and other demo tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketers, Product Managers, and Sales Leadership to produce technical content and enablement assets, including data sheets, FAQs, and demos for key industries.
  • Troubleshoot demo issues and support teams with performance tuning and fixes.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical B2B SaaS roles such as Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Experience creating demos and enablement content for international markets.
  • Native Latin American Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a self-directed, detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with browser DevTools (editing network responses, DOM elements) and basic coding/scripting skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across various stakeholder teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS product flows and storytelling best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with demo tools such as Demostack, Reprise, Walnut, or Arcade.
  • Ability to adapt demos and content for different languages, regulations, or regional requirements.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or design libraries.
  • Familiarity with Mexican players in trucking telematics, fleet management, or driver safety sectors would be a bonus.
  • Ability to work from the Motive Mexico City office twice a quarter.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
