  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities, introducing publishers to additional supply-side products that fit their business needs
  • Support deal flow and troubleshoot technical issues in close coordination with demand-side ops and sales teams
  • Triage and manage platform bug reports and technical issues raised by publishers, seeing them through to resolution
  • Partner with the finance team on billing inquiries, acting as the bridge between publishers and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • 5 years of Account Management of proven experience in a technical account management, publisher success, or similar client-facing role within adtech or programmatic advertising
  • Previous experience working with SSP, DSP, or other programmatic platforms at a technical level
  • Proven ability to manage and grow publisher or agency relationships independently
  • Previous experience troubleshooting technical issues related to ad serving, deal IDs, or programmatic supply
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling or training publishers on digital signage players and ad servers
  • Previous experience working with DOOH inventory, programmatic guaranteed deals, or private marketplace (PMP) deal structures
  • Familiarity with supply-side yield optimization and inventory management strategies
