About the Role:
At CloudZero, our ambition is big, and the bar for talent is even bigger. We’re looking for a Senior Tech TA Partner who is obsessed with quality, energized by challenge, and driven to attract the very best technical talent in the market. This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a strategic talent partnership where you will help shape the technical foundation of the company by hiring exceptional people with the right skill sets and mindsets who will take us to our next level of growth and scale.
The people we hire today will define our velocity, our culture, and our success tomorrow. This role sits at the intersection of talent, strategy, and execution, with a direct line to the outcomes that matter most to the business.
If you’re passionate about building world-class technical teams and you take pride in being known for hiring exceptional talent, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring strategy, role definition, and long-term team design
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles
Raise the bar - continuously - on talent quality, hiring rigor, and candidate experience
Build and maintain deep talent pipelines, engaging top R&D talent long before there’s an open role
Help define what “great” looks like by translating business and technical needs into clear, compelling candidate profiles
Move with urgency and precision in a competitive market, without compromising on quality
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to understand current and future talent needs
Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract elite technical talent across disciplines
Lead structured, data-driven hiring processes that are fair, inclusive, and focused on skills and impact
Influence hiring managers to make better, faster, and more confident decisions
Serve as a steward of our employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects who we are and what we value. Support and reinforce our employer brand initiatives driven by the TA Director, helping ensure each candidate interaction reflects who we are and what we value.
Use insights and metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness, speed, and outcomes
What You Bring:
3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS, highly technical organizations
Proven track record of hiring top-tier technical talent with niche skill sets such as AI, Data Science, NLP and ML in competitive markets
Highly collaborative and willing to lean in where the team needs help with a “first team” mindset
Receptive to feedback and looking for ways to improve and sharpen skill sets
Knows how to deeply assess technical talent - not just keywords on a resume
Is comfortable challenging hiring managers and advocating for quality over convenience
Operates with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
Is curious, resourceful, and constantly looking for better ways to attract great talent
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes that scale
