Tria Federal is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as the primary recruiter supporting our Public Safety Business Unit, partnering with hiring managers, program leadership, business development, and executive leadership to attract and hire top-tier talent supporting critical federal missions.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Federal Government contracting industry.
- Experience recruiting for DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, and/or Federal Civilian agencies.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for highly technical and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Experience recruiting candidates with:
- Public Trust
- Secret
- TS/SCI
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Strong understanding of the federal security clearance process, including investigation timelines, adjudication, reciprocity, crossover eligibility, and customer-specific requirements.
- Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining quality and speed.
- Advanced sourcing experience utilizing various platforms and tools. (Ex: Clearance Jobs)
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting advisor.
- Experience supporting proposal staffing, contingent hiring, and business development efforts is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for recurring contract requirements.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, security clearance needs, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Program Managers, Business Development, Capture Managers, HR, and Executive Leadership to achieve hiring objectives.
- Support proposal recruiting efforts by identifying Key Personnel, contingent hires, and developing recruiting strategies for upcoming contract pursuits.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline management.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and internal recruiting policies and procedures.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, military transition programs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand Tria Federal's talent network.
- Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for DIA, DHS Components, USCIS, CBP, USSS, FEMA, Department of State, or similar federal agencies.
- Existing network of cleared IT, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Engineering, and Healthcare professionals.
- Experience supporting proposal recruiting and federal contract recompetes.
- Experience recruiting for Public Safety programs.
