We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to own and optimize our recruiting systems, data, reporting, and processes. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or Recruiting Systems, with strong hands-on experience in Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
Although this is a contract role, we are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on professional who can work independently, own projects end-to-end, and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through regular audits and data management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
- Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, providing insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.
- Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements.
- Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation, with opportunities to lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
- Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.
