About the role:

CLA is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for our growing CAAS practice. CAAS provides customized accounting support on an interim and project basis for our clients – public, private and nonprofits ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. We are looking for someone to build relationships with and be the front-line contact for our consultants.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

  • Identify and recruit prospective candidates, using a variety of resources and tools. Proactively source candidates and build a pipeline based on business needs.
  • Assess prospective candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit for CLA and CAAS as client serving employees.
  • Establish trust and confidence by developing relationships with CAAS client service team.
  • Represent CAAS at selected networking events to increase brand awareness and to attract applicants.
  • Help promote a strong CLA culture and consultant satisfaction/retention.

What you will need:

  • At least three years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing setting. Experience recruiting for accounting or professional service roles preferred. A combination of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
