As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Concept of Operations
  • Use Cases
  • Behavior Diagrams
  • System Architecture
  • Interface Control Documents
  • Systems engineering documentation and modeling using tools like Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software such as CAMEO and JAMA.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems engineering and product development (or strong product development knowledge).
  • Ability to tailor systems engineering processes to match product/system needs.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to work independently.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in an Engineering field from a technical college or university.
  • 6+ years of engineering/product development experience, including 3 years of proven systems engineering proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in the robotics industry.

Salary Range: $165,000 - 190,000


The actual salary will depend on factors such as location, the candidate’s job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.


Location: Hybrid in North Reading, MA preferred.
