As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will innovate monitoring solutions, maintain infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, and partner with teams to build scalable solutions.

We are seeking experienced Senior Systems Engineer that can help us reach our goals of knowing more about a property than anybody else and in the process making home ownership valuations more fair and equitable for millions of people.
You will be a part of the IT Operations team. With workloads in private and public clouds, our infrastructure ultimately supports all units of business and customers throughout the world. This is an enterprise environment where uptime is critical. We partner with our software development teams to build highly scalable, secure, and always available solutions through cutting edge technologies and an engineering culture and mindset.
What You Will Work On
- Own/Innovate/Grow our monitoring and observability solutions across our hybrid cloud.
- Grow and maintain our infrastructure, from bare metal to hypervisors, VMs to containers within our state of the art datacenters.
- Troubleshoot complex problems to root cause across technology stacks and teams.
- Modernize administrative practices.
- Partner with our development teams and build new solutions from proof of concept to production.
Who We are Looking For
- 5+ years in a Senior Systems Engineer role in a diverse enterprise environment.
- Very strong operational monitoring experience with hybrid cloud, building alerting and dashboards for organization wide visibility.
- Strong understanding of SLA’s and solutions to measure, monitor, and report on the health, performance, and reliability of our systems and applications.
- Industry certification for core discipline: MCSE, RHCE, Linux+, NCDA, VCP, etc.
- Strong applied knowledge in:
- Monitoring (we use Nagios): Design, maintenance, and operation.
- Log aggregation, analysis, management of logging system
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Enterprise virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV)
- Enterprise NAS/SAN Storage: iSCSI, NFS, CIFS (NetApp)
- CI/CD practices, SDLC toolsets; specifically Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, VSCode.
- Python, Powershell, and other scripting
- Automation / Orchestration
- Public Cloud: AWS
- Infrastructure as Code
- Endless curiosity

- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
