NBCUniversal is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented individual contributor to join the Global Supply Chain Planning & Systems Strategy team. This role supports and enhances critical operational systems and workflows that enable international theatrical localization and mastering.
The position requires a combination of technical expertise, structured problem solving, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will manage and enhance Smartsheet-based tools and contribute to the ongoing development of the uTRACK ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, workflow consistency, and reliable delivery tracking across a global portfolio of titles.

Systems Management and Configuration
- Manage and enhance Smartsheet solutions, including cross-sheet formulas, automations, dashboards, and reporting structures
- Maintain and support enhancements to tools within the uTRACK ecosystem, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with business needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement structured, sustainable solutions, including root cause identification
Workflow Execution and Improvement
- Support and contribute to the design and refinement of workflows across localization, mastering, versioning, and delivery tracking
- Translate business requirements into functional system updates and configurations
- identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Operational Intake and Request Management
- Manage incoming requests through systems such as the General Request Queue (GRQ) and access provisioning workflows
- Prioritize and resolve requests related to system updates, data changes, and defect fixes, including evaluating multiple solution approaches
- Provide clear guidance to stakeholders to ensure requests are actionable and aligned with existing processes
Data Quality and System Integrity
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across interconnected systems and reporting structures
- Perform regular validations and support the implementation of best practices for data structure and workflow usage
- Identify data or process gaps and suggest improvements to strengthen reliability
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders and vendors, to support operational needs
- Communicate clearly on status, timelines, and issue resolution, and help guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions
- Build effective working relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact for system-related inquiries
Tool and Ecosystem Development
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new components within uTRACK, including testing, validation, and refinement
- Support enhancements that improve connectivity and visibility across tools
- Assist in documenting workflows and system updates to ensure clarity and adoption
Governance and Access Support
- Support user access and license management within Smartsheet, including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist in maintaining workspace organization and adherence to governance standards
Knowledge Sharing and Documentation
- Contribute to documentation, user guides, and process updates
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team
- Provide guidance to users on system functionality and best practices
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, systems, supply chain, or media workflow environments
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including formulas, cross-sheet references, automations, and dashboard configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess complex scenarios and recommend solutions
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience in localization, mastering, or theatrical distribution workflows preferred
