About the Role:
Reporting to our Manager of Strategy & Business Analytics, you will continue our momentum toward driving world-class growth and retention numbers. To achieve this, you will partner with strategic initiative leaders to gather reporting requirements and provide data driven insights. Maintaining alignment with the Data Engineering team while building data visualizations will be important. You will also work with our internal analyst community spanning across Business Systems, Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and more. Your partnerships across these functions will drive alignment across strategic initiatives.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business by customer segment, industry, use case, product, and marketing program to drive growth, retention, and operational efficiencies
- Recommend new trends and proactively monitor business performance and operating metrics; deep dive in areas where further analysis are needed
- Work with the leadership team to test hypotheses; participate in conceptual and analytical problem solving
- Build and own analytical models, act as the expert on building data driven insights
- Work with the broader analyst community at Quickbase; align on priorities, progress and outcomes
- Promote the adoption of analytics and data-driven decision support throughout the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in roles combining business analytics and business intelligence
- Experience exploring and visualizing data using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience operationalizing a model’s outputs into business practices
- Strong experience writing and interpreting SQL code
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High attention to detail, organized, and results oriented
- Exceptional communications skills with the ability to influence decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Technology Industry in Strategy, Finance, Business Operations or Go-to-Market in analyst capacity
- Experience with Python data analytics libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and enterprise data warehouses
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
