We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and help shape the future of customer engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing personalized marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and incremental value across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    Develop and implement CRM and personalization strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve personalization efforts. Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to refine targeting strategies.
  • Translate Insights into Actionable Strategies
    Leverage customer data and analytics to inform lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies that drive engagement, retention, and incremental sales.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with product, loyalty, creative, and analytics teams to ensure personalization strategies are cohesive, scalable, and customer centric.
  • Innovation:
    Stay current on CRM and personalization trends, tools, and techniques. Bring fresh ideas and test-and-learn approaches to enhance customer engagement. Learn and operate personalization technology to deliver the best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, personalization, or digital marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience operating a retail, QSR, or convenience store CRM program on the brand side or agency side.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and journey design.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ability to understand customer experience and the business context of decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and personalization tools is a plus
