We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and data-driven Senior Strategic Partner Enablement Manager to lead and support cross-functional and partner enablement initiatives that drive collaboration, operational excellence, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong foundation in cross-functional planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As a key contributor to our partner enablement strategy, you will drive cross-functional planning, task tracking, and consolidated reporting to ensure transparency, alignment, and impact across departments. You will coordinate and facilitate enablement meetings, manage feedback loops across stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and performance tracking. This position also includes a focus on localization, event support, and ownership or involvement in high-priority, high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Cross-Functional Enablement Planning and Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts and ensure alignment of partner initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools to ensure effective execution and accountability.
Task Management, Meeting Facilitation, and Communication
- Facilitate enablement meetings, manage agendas, and drive outcomes across workstreams.
- Provide regular status updates on initiative progress, risks, and key milestones to internal teams and leadership.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for partner enablement efforts, ensuring streamlined communication across functions.
Consolidated Results Reporting and QBR Support
- Consolidate and report on cross-functional enablement outcomes for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership presentations.
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to deliver clear insights and data visualizations that inform strategy.
Partner Enablement Program Management and Localization
- Develop and manage scalable, high-impact training and enablement programs tailored to diverse partner types and regional needs.
- Ensure content and resources are effectively localized for global partner audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback Loops
- Establish structured feedback mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve enablement offerings.
- Proactively collect, analyze, and incorporate feedback into planning and execution cycles.
Data-Driven Planning and Performance Tracking
- Partner with operations teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and enablement metrics.
- Use insights from data analysis to refine enablement programs, improve partner engagement, and drive measurable results.
Support Strategic Events and High-Priority Projects
- Assist in planning and execution of strategic events such as sales kickoffs and product launches.
- Own or contribute to high-impact strategic projects that require strong coordination, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Channel Enablement within a technology, SaaS, or cloud-based organization.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, project management, and partner-focused enablement strategy.
- Experience managing and scaling global enablement programs with localized content for diverse markets.
- Working knowledge of AI, proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana), webinar tools, and sales enablement technologies.
- Excellent communicator with proven facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Education is preferred.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$107,300 - $153,300 - $199,300Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
