The Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to establish ServiceNow's security product management program. The person in this role will enable developers and non-technical users alike to build secure applications and workflows and drive internal adoption of our security products. This role is pivotal to ensuring security is front and center for capabilities built on our platform, and solutions are optimized for the greatest value outcomes for our customers.
What you get to do in this role:

  • Establish and optimize and run intake and governance over demand and development.
  • Work closely with developers cross - organizationally, and with internal customers to deliver secure product capabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to release.
  • Communicate critical messages and engage with multiple diverse functional stakeholders through the product lifecycle
  • Define and report on product metrics
  • Build relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and developers
  • Identify and communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Define and execute the security strategy and roadmap for new products or major changes ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with security teams to ensure we are the best users of our ServiceNow products such as Sec-Ops, Integrated Risk Management, Strategic Portfolio Management
  • Conduct market research and engage with internal customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising business needs and technical readiness. Participate in technical discussions and help make design trade-offs.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to outcomes regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
  • Build RACIs to clearly identify decision-makers for apps, products, infrastructures etc.
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of widely varying audiences


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10+ years of software product management experience
  • 10+ years of business process management, process engineering and executing process improvements
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience is HIGHLY desired
  • 5+ years of Security or Risk/Strong Technical experience is desired

  • Has significant defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Has experience managing or developing AI solutions
  • Is deeply committed to delivering the best solution for their customers, and has a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Is skilled at driving solution development with an eye on the big-picture strategy
  • Is passionate about defining and reporting on critical metrics that are meaningful to various audiences
