Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber AI Senior Specialty Software Engineer that will be responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLM's, agent frameworks, and other related technologies
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
- Develop and maintain large scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM second agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models
- Assist other individuals in advanced software development
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+years experience in software development
- 4+ years experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies
- 3+ years of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing or computer vision
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench is preferred
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK
- Exposure to DevOps and testing best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
- Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related field
