About the team/role

As a Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance - Enterprise, you will join a growing and dynamic team that is crucial to delivering data accuracy and compliance for Checkr’s enterprise customer base. This role will be pivotal to the company’s enterprise support offering, ensuring a white-glove experience by consistently delivering quality assurance and customer standards with exceptional precision. 

You will independently drive in-depth research, often accessing sensitive data directly from its source, to uphold best-in-class accuracy, compliance, and strict adherence to customer agreements.

What you’ll do

  • Execute and meticulously process complex background checks, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across identity verification, compliance adherence, and data classification.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into source information, navigating government databases and directly contacting relevant agencies for precise data retrieval
  • Systematically package research findings and deliver comprehensive results to enterprise customers in a repeatable and standardized manner
  • Proactively identify, thoroughly investigate complex issues, developing and driving effective, solutions for customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Legal  to identify process improvements and enhance overall data quality and customer satisfaction

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience within the background check industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards and practices
  • Strong understanding of the US court system, including familiarity with accessing public access terminals and communicating with court agencies
  • Exceptional research and investigative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to uncover critical information efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 - $29.80 in Nashville, TN.
