What you'll be responsible for:
As a member of the Circle Commercial Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our teams execute our go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with Circle's customer-facing teams, ensuring that Business Development, Sales Engineering, Partner Success and Customer Care (among others) have the information, processes and support they need to be effective. You will act as a Project Manager for internal projects like process improvement, go-to-market product projects and Commercial team events. You will influence change by implementing new programs to support the strategy direction of the Business team.

- Oversee cross-functional projects that support operational goals
- Lead internal process improvement initiatives and programs
- Support leaders across the Commercial organization with strategic initiatives by leading OKR planning, communication plans, events like offsites, internal meetings and managing deliverables
- Work closely with program management team to ensure important product enhancements and developments are managed and communicated to customer-facing teams
- Identifying strengths and areas for improvement for internal programs
- Manage multiple projects at time, including projects involving international teams, and make sure they're benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals
What you'll bring to Circle:
- 4+ years of experience in an internal project or customer-facing role: responsible for coordinating programs, executive programs, implementations or product launches
- Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to confidently lead meetings with all levels of management
- Program planning and implementation skills
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work across various time zones to support global organization
- A natural curiosity and deep care for understanding the business strategy of Circle customers
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred. Experience is Coda or Monday.com a plus
