About the Position:
As the Influencer & Affiliate Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting ButcherBox’s growth across both influencer and affiliate marketing. You will handle the day-to-day execution of partner communication, creative asset management, and performance tracking, ensuring the seamless operation of both programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, partner communication, and operational efficiency while learning the fundamentals of affiliate and influencer marketing. You will work closely with the Senior Influencer & Affiliate Managers to implement strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Affiliate Partner Support
•Handle day-to-day communications with influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring timely responses and relationship management.
•Assist in partner onboarding, contract management, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience.
•Manage tracking links, promo codes, and creative asset requests for both influencer and affiliate partners.
Support campaign execution by ensuring partners receive necessary assets and guidelines.
Operational & Performance Support
•Assist in data tracking and reporting, compiling performance insights for the senior team.
•Help maintain affiliate commission tracking and approvals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
•Monitor influencer and affiliate content delivery, tracking compliance with campaign guidelines.
•Support testing initiatives, helping track the impact of new influencer and affiliate strategies.
Success Metrics:
•Faster response times and efficiency in partner communications.
•Streamlined processes for tracking, link/code management, and asset delivery.
•Improved data tracking and reporting for better decision-making.
•Increased support for strategic initiatives, freeing up senior team members for high-level work.
•Building strong partner relationships, leading to owning and managing partner “customer support”
Ideal Growth Areas:
•Influencer & affiliate marketing fundamentals – gaining hands-on experience in both fields.
•Project and campaign execution – managing key operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Performance tracking & insights – developing analytical skills to assess campaign success.
Requirements:
•4+ years of affiliate and/or influencer marketing, agency experience a plus
•Familiar with Impact Radius or similar partnership management platform
•Experience in reporting
•Strong negotiator who can ownership of new partner leads
•Highly organized and efficient collaborator
•HubSpot experience a plus
