We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story that shows how our solution helps them meet their business objectives. 

The Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role by partnering closely with our customers as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success. We aim to deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and technical requirements. We architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value for our customers. Additionally, we champion the voice of our customers by understanding market trends and influencing product direction.

• Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
   
  • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
    
    • Zone A: $178,000 - $210,000
    • Zone B: $166,500 - $196,000
    • Zone C: $156,500 - $184,000
      
  • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in BC, Canada)
    • $174,500 - $205,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will…

• Partner with Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
• Influence product direction for short & long-term success by representing the customer voice
• Support cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
• Travel up to 25%

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally 
• Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate

• Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript

• Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
