About the Role

As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer at Synthflow, your primary focus will be ensuring the technical and operational success of our enterprise customers after the sale is complete. You will be responsible for leading the implementation, onboarding, and long-term technical health of our customers. This role is a combination of hands-on implementation, project management, and relationship management, ensuring our customers realize the full value of their investment and achieve their business goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions, including prompting strategies, API integrations, and customized setups. You are responsible for the successful implementation and time to go live.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for new and existing customers, troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and host technical workshops with customer project leads and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

  • Own project planning, from kickoff to go-live, working directly with customer engineering teams.

  • Collaborate closely with Synthflow's sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deeply understand and deliver on customer needs.

  • Act as voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to product and engineering on recurring integration needs, gaps, and opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical implementation, customer success engineering, or a similar post-sales role.

  • You have previous experience at a fast-growing startup and / or with Enterprise B2B product implementations

  • You have experience integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise CRMs, telephony systems, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Twilio, Genesys, n8n).

  • You have experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.

  • You are an expert in clear, effective communication and can comfortably manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations.

  • You’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can roll up your sleeves on code and customer workshops.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting.

  • Strong understanding of customer success and account management processes.

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate enterprise customer schedules.

  • Familiarity with SIP, telephony providers, or call center systems is a strong plus.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
