Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Senior Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Privilege Access Management (PAM) to join our team. This role requires someone who is not only highly skilled technically but also thrives in complex, real-world environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to solve challenging problems.

The ideal candidate brings advanced knowledge of CyberArk PAM architecture and real-world implementation experience.

In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for the Americas Solutions Engineering organization throughout the sales lifecycle. You’ll go deep into the technology stack, whether it’s helping SEs navigate technical validations, leading customer-facing architecture conversations, or working through edge-case configurations.

Just as importantly, you are passionate about training others. You enjoy mentoring team members, designing and delivering internal enablement sessions, and developing workshops, hands-on labs, and technical content to uplift the broader SE community. You understand that scaling your expertise through others is just as critical as applying it directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across CyberArk’s Privileged Access products, including PAM, Vendor PAM, Remote Access, Secure Infrastructure Access, and Secure Cloud Access. Provide deep technical expertise to support complex customer use cases and act as a point of escalation for SEs during the sales cycle.
  • Customer Engagement: Support SEs in customer-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and strategy meetings. Help design and present tailored solutions that align with client requirements, integrating seamlessly with their systems and workflows.
  • POC and Technical Evaluation: Lead or assist in technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts (POCs), managing advanced configurations and addressing architectural questions. Ensure clear value articulation of CyberArk’s capabilities to secure technical wins.
  • PreSales Architecture & Design Support: Collaborate with SEs to define high-level architecture during pre-sales efforts such as RFPs. Draft initial architectures based on customer inputs, while deferring to Security Architects for formal validations and reference designs.
  • Specialization Support: Deliver hands-on assistance with complex configurations, product demonstrations, and high-stakes customer scenarios. Provide limited post-sales support where necessary to resolve unique technical challenges or edge-case implementations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SEs, Product Management, and Engineering to relay feedback, share field insights, and stay aligned on product evolution. Actively participate in internal calls, updates, and technical enablement efforts.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to product management based on customer interactions and market observations.
  • Team Enablement & Skill Development: Contribute to upskilling the SE organization through mentorship, training sessions, and documentation. Share knowledge on advanced topics and foster a culture of continuous learning.
