- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to channel partners and their customers.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for direct clients and partners, supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and proof of concepts.
- Direct customer engagement is required. Demonstrated experience in direct customer deal involvement, including engaging with clients to understand requirements, present tailored solutions, and drive successful deal outcomes.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Enable and train partners on ClickUp’s platform, new features, and best practices—including AI, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain demo environments and resources tailored for channel use cases.
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and partner enablement materials.
- Drive partner certification and ongoing enablement programs.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product and process improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ClickUp’s evolving product suite.
- Ability to facilitate seamless handoff to post-sales teams, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Act as a technical advisor and advocate for channel partners in your region.
- Support partner expansion and upsell opportunities by identifying whitespace and growth potential.
- Help close the knowledge gap between internal teams and partners, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Participate in partner-driven events, trainings, and strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop localized and vertical-specific enablement content.
- Multilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) is a must-have requirement for LATAM support.
- This role requires international travel to countries within the LATAM region approximately once per month
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales engineering).
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, or system integrators.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer engagements, partner activities, and team collaboration.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering technical enablement and training.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for learning new technologies.
