What you'll do
- Role Overview: Combine operational rigor with deep product expertise to elevate Pigment’s global Solutions Consulting team, owning the design and delivery of demo models, proof-of-value (PoV) builds, and supporting assets, while acting as both builder and strategist to drive innovation and ensure SCs have the tools, content, and processes they need to succeed.
- Lead development of scalable, innovative demo models, PoVs, and pilots.
- Partner with SMEs across Pigment to create original content that showcases platform strengths.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants on complex builds, PoVs, and customer pilots.
- Provide deep Pigment expertise and pre-sales storytelling skills.
- Deliver live demos, workshops, and executive sessions that tell impactful business stories.
- Demonstrate strong empathy and ability to walk in the customer’s shoes.
- Articulate Pigment’s role as a holistic planning platform across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain use cases.
- Track market trends and translate them into impactful solution positioning.
- Partner with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success.
- Align messaging, assets, and field readiness around new use cases.
- Lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Ensure SC Ops deliverables align with GTM priorities and are executed with excellence.

Who you are
- Experience in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant or Solution Architect, with a background in pre-sales within the EPM domain. Pigment model-building experience is essential.
- Model Builder & Storyteller: Strong Pigment modeling skills, with the ability to design, build, and tell compelling business stories through demo environments, PoVs, and pilots.
- Demo Capability: Skilled at conversational demos that focus on Value, Persona’s and stories rather than feature tours.
- Creative Contributor: Able to create presentations, Videos, Interactive Product Tours, other enablement content to support new models and use cases.
- Visionary Platform Thinker: Comfortable positioning Pigment as a holistic planning platform that integrates multiple domains; tuned in to market trends and able to translate them into SC strategy.
- Autonomous & Accountable: Highly self-directed, able to own initiatives from inception through enablement, and trusted to deliver projects that impact the entire SC organization.
- Collaborative Influencer: Strong communicator with a proven ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
