POSITION / TITLE: SENIOR SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Solutions Consultant serves as the trusted business advisor for enterprise customers throughout their AI transformation journey. This role works directly with executive sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams to define business priorities, build AI roadmaps, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technical delivery, the Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for aligning customer objectives with project scope, budget, timelines, and expected outcomes. Success in this role requires strong consulting skills, executive presence, business analysis expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving delivery to successful completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Leadership

      Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and business stakeholders.

      Lead discovery workshops to understand business goals, pain points, and opportunities.

      Develop AI roadmaps that align customer priorities with business value and implementation readiness.

      Guide customers through prioritization decisions based on ROI, budget, timelines, and strategic objectives.

      Manage customer expectations and communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs throughout the engagement.

Business Analysis & Solution Definition

      Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

      Map current and future-state business processes and customer journeys.

      Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation requirements.

      Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure solutions meet both business and technical objectives.

Delivery & Commercial Accountability

      Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, timelines, and customer goals.

      Assess the business impact of scope changes and new requirements.

      Help customers make informed tradeoff decisions when priorities, budgets, or timelines change.

      Support project planning, estimation, change requests, and phased delivery strategies.

      Identify opportunities to expand customer value through future AI initiatives.

Customer Adoption & Success

      Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.

      Support training, business readiness, and organizational adoption.

      Define success metrics and measure business outcomes following implementation.

      Conduct executive business reviews and recommend continuous improvements.


QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or Professional Services experience required.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and Agile delivery methodologies required.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skill required.
  • Strong business process analysis and requirements management experience required.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical teams required.
  • Understanding of agentic system architectures, including experience mapping interaction flows, defining LLM tool integrations, and solutioning for business constraints (latency, cost, and PII protection) required.
  • Proven success leading enterprise software implementations in customer-facing roles required.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships required.
  • Ability to travel frequently required.
  • Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience delivering AI or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Industry expertise in healthcare, financial services, retail, insurance, or telecommunications preferred.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or similar business analysis or Agile certifications preferred.


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelors degree required


Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $140,000 - $155,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
