Your Role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant - Managed Services with experience with Netsuite, Sage or Quickbooks implementations services to lead post-implementation services for Zip customers and drive the product adoption. We’re also looking for someone who is excited to be hands-on and influence our product roadmap.

As every business needs our type of product, you’ll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks.

You Will
  • Participate in the identification and documentation of Zip configuration requirements with a heavy emphasis on understanding needs and creatively configuring the product to solve their problems

  • Roll up your sleeves and and help to build our client’s highest priority requirements

  • Lead training sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip

  • Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests we should and shouldn’t support, and set expectations with customers

  • Collaborate closely with the AM team to ensure client health / happiness and adoption of Zip products

  • Do whatever it takes to make customers happy

  • Continuously improve the managed services processes to help our customers get the most value from Zip

Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience working in one of the following roles: ERP/P2P Systems Consultant (ideally on a managed services type of team), or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company

  • Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP - NetSuite, Quickbooks or Sage

  • Fantastic communication skills

  • Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive

  • You’re able to push back and still make people happy

  • Very comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)

The OTE compensation range for this role is $110,000 - 150,000 OTE. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include leveling, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
