Position Overview
The Senior Solution Consultant role is a high-impact position within the Solution Consulting team, responsible for leading strategic engagements with enterprise clients and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) industry. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will bring advanced technical and industry expertise to help clients navigate complex business challenges, optimize their CLM processes, and maximize the value of Agiloft’s solutions. This role involves leading high-value engagements, mentoring team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Solution Consulting practice.
Job Responsibilitites
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Partner closely with account executives on complex sales opportunities, particularly with large enterprise accounts, to provide technical and strategic guidance that aligns with client objectives.
- CLM Industry Expertise: Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on the CLM industry, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
- Advanced Demonstrations and POCs: Lead complex, highly customized demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and showcasing the full capabilities of Agiloft’s solutions.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor Solution Consultants across all levels, sharing advanced consulting skills, industry knowledge, and technical best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Product and Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development, advocating for enhancements that align with industry trends.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Agiloft at industry events, client meetings, and webinars, contributing to the company’s presence as a thought leader in the CLM space.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in solution consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar role, with extensive experience in the CLM industry, or equivalent experience
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in the CLM space, with deep knowledge of industry best practices and a proven track record of successful enterprise engagements.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in enterprise SaaS and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Proven experience leading successful POCs and custom demonstrations for large enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and convey strategic value propositions.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for high-value client engagements and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in adjacent fields such as CPQ, procurement, CRM, or Business Process Automation.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related fields; advanced certifications or master’s degree is a plus.
- Recognized industry credentials or a strong network in the CLM or enterprise software field.
