Position Summary:
Our software team has an opening for a product manager (10+ years’ experience) to guide the feature design and roadmap of Touchplan®, an enterprise SaaS product for collaborative planning. Our product managers conduct market research, gather requirements, write specifications, participate in our agile development process and coordinate between the engineering team and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and is a creative thinker capable of learning quickly and working independently. A passion for designing software with a focus on meshing complex functionality with usability is essential. The ability to proactively manage multiple simultaneous initiatives is crucial to success.
Strong analytical skills are a must-have. A successful candidate has a strong grasp of the technologies utilized to build web-based applications with a functional understanding of relational databases/SQL, object ontology, and application architecture.
Experience with software in the construction industry is strongly preferred. A candidate without such experience must excel at quickly researching and fully comprehending the nuances of how software applies to construction.

- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success on releases
- Establish relationships with technology partners
- A proven track record managing product design for B2B SaaS with a focus on the end user
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to collaborate and align differing viewpoints in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable understanding of technologies and concepts related to the infrastructure of web-based SaaS (Experience with databases/SQL, object ontology, browser-based application architecture)
- Exceptional research skills
- Occasional travel required
- Experience applying practical ML/AI and process design are a plus
