Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role with minimum 4+ years Hands on.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript is an added advantage
- Familiarity with data modeling, API integrations, and RESTful services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for the Power Platform
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate business processes with Power Automate
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
